Registration
Registration is now open for the 2026 AATI Conference at the University of Arkansas- Rome Center.
Please make sure you are logged into your AATI account and your registration is good through the duration of the conference, BEFORE you register.
NB: Membership MUST be paid through the end of the conference (July 5th, 2026) in order to participate. Those participants without a current membership will be turned away at the door. Please note that we cannot accept payments of any kind on site.

2026 AATI CONFERENCE REGISTRATION PRICES AND DEADLINES
Early Bird Pricing (February 18- March 31)
- Tenure and Tenure Track Faculty: $150
- Retired/Emeriti: $100
- K-12, Contingent, Part-time Faculty, and Unaffiliated Attendees: $85
- Graduate Students: $65
- Undergraduate Students: $40
Regular Pricing (April 1 - June 1)
- Tenure and Tenure Track Faculty: $160
- Retired/Emeriti: $110
- K-12, Contingent, Part-time Faculty, and Unaffiliated Attendees: $95
- Graduate Students: $75
- Undergraduate Students: $50
Last-Minute Pricing (June 2 - June 30)
- Tenure and Tenure Track Faculty: $190
- Retired/Emeriti: $150
- K-12, Contingent, Part-time Faculty, and Unaffiliated Attendees: $115

Conference Table – per conference
$300 per table – includes table plus 2 chairs (size TBA) and ½ page program ad (both print and digital).
Choose this option if you are not presenting during any conference sessions
Conference Table Plus Individual Presenters (Reduced rate)
Table, 2 chairs, ½ page AD (print and digital) + 1 session presenter $395
Table, 2 chairs, ½ page AD (print and digital) + 2 session presenters $480
Table, 2 chairs, ½ page AD (print and digital) + 3 session presenters $560
Choose this option if you or a representative of your company are presenting during a conference session.
Conference Programs (Ad in program, if not a table exhibitor)

Travel Grant Sponsor
$500, $750, $1,000 grant sponsorship available vendors may sponsor up to 4 grants. Grant awardees are selected by the conference committee. Travel grant sponsorships will be publicized in both the program and on the conference webpage. Sponsoring organizations will also receive a certificate of sponsorship from the AATI.
Travel grants help defer the costs of travel for AATI members who lack funding from other sources and without which they could not attend the conference. Please consider sponsoring one or more of these grants. Send an email to Daniele De Feo: vpuni@aati-online.org
Coffee Break Sponsor
$350, your logo will be displayed and it will be indicated that the coffee break was possibile thanks to your sponsorship

$1,000 for a logo on the main page (If you haven’t renewed for 2025, now is the time.)
